1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "User," "you") and bunos365 ("bunos365," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the bunos365 website at bunos365.club and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account on bunos365, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms are supplemented by additional policies including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of bunos365 is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine law governing casino-style gambling. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. bunos365 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the minimum age will be immediately suspended, all funds returned to the verified source, and the account permanently closed.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

bunos365 is operated for and primarily directed at players residing in the Republic of the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gambling services is lawful in your jurisdiction. bunos365 does not accept members from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law.

2.3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on bunos365. Opening duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account suspension. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

bunos365 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification as a condition of PAGCOR regulatory compliance. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (such as an SSS card, UMID, Passport, PhilHealth ID, or Driver's License) and a recent selfie photograph. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal rights and account access.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bunos365 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. bunos365 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

You must notify bunos365 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. bunos365 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account as an additional security measure.

Your bunos365 account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your account or any balance held within it to any third party.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bunos365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), Bank Transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank), 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.

4.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100. Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your bunos365 wallet within 60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits are credited within 15–30 minutes during standard banking hours. bunos365 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.

4.3 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200. KYC identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 1–5 minutes, 24 hours a day. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days. bunos365 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on withdrawal requests in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

bunos365 complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR AML requirements. Funds deposited to bunos365 must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method(s) used for deposits, or to an account verified in your name. Suspicious transaction activity will be reported to the relevant authorities as required by law.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Bonuses and promotional offers made available on bunos365 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time each offer is made. General bonus terms applicable to all promotions unless otherwise specified include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible members only, as defined in each offer's specific terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified per promotion.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• bunos365 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Ongoing promotions will be honoured for the duration of their stated validity period.
• Abuse of bonus systems — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of bonuses and account suspension.
• In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on bunos365 are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm acceptance of the applicable game rules. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during gameplay:

• If a bet has been placed and accepted by the bunos365 system prior to the malfunction, bunos365 will make reasonable efforts to determine the correct outcome using available data.
• If the outcome cannot be determined with certainty, the bet stake will be returned to the Member's account.
• bunos365 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any game or service. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily affect game availability.

All RNG-based game outcomes at bunos365 are generated by certified random number generation systems. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, wheels, dice) conducted in professionally managed studios.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bunos365 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Opening multiple accounts or assisting others in doing so.
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or circumvent any game, promotion, or system on the Platform.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players.
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity or using bunos365 for money laundering purposes.
• Sharing account credentials or allowing third parties to access your account.
• Any conduct that bunos365 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform, other Members, or bunos365 itself.

8. Responsible Gaming

bunos365 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides all members with access to deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion tools. These tools are available in your account settings.

Upon a Member's request for self-exclusion, bunos365 will close the account for the requested exclusion period and take reasonable steps to prevent the Member from opening a new account during that period. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the bunos365 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and interface design — is the proprietary property of bunos365 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from bunos365.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bunos365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

bunos365's total liability to any Member arising from any single cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by bunos365's negligence.

11. Privacy & Data

bunos365 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering on bunos365, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bunos365 complies with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

12. Amendments to These Terms

bunos365 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, bunos365 will provide reasonable notice to Members via email to their registered address or via a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bunos365 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Prior to initiating formal legal proceedings, Members are encouraged to contact bunos365 support to attempt resolution of any dispute through good-faith discussion. bunos365 will endeavour to resolve all complaints and disputes fairly and in a timely manner.
